Work your child can start, finish, and know they finished, without you standing next to them.

Classrooms have used structured work systems for decades. They answer four questions without an adult talking: what is the work, how much is there, how do I know when I am done, and what happens next. Teachers can buy this kind of thing easily. Parents mostly cannot, which is why summer and school holidays are so hard.

This is that system, sized for a kitchen table.

Twenty tasks, each at three difficulty tiers

Matching identical to identical, matching by category, sorting by one attribute, sorting by two, put in and completion tasks, sequencing, quantity matching, and pattern continuation. Three tiers means one purchase survives a skill jump instead of being outgrown in a fortnight.

Errorless by design, which is the whole point

  • Tier one has no near misses. Generous targets, clear one to one matching, no sneaky distractors. A child who shuts down when work feels like a test can do these, because there is nothing to fail at.
  • Nothing depends on color alone. Every sort and match is also distinguishable by shape, size, or fill pattern. Colorblind kids can use it, and so can you when the color cartridge dies. Most sellers get this wrong.
  • Every piece is stamped with its task number, so when a box gets knocked over, and it will, you can sort it back out in a minute instead of an evening.

The finished and not finished trays

There is a page for the tray system, and it is the part that makes independent work actually work. Your child can see the pile shrinking and knows when it is over. That is structure, not a reward. Nothing here is earned and nothing is taken away.

A build guide, because assembly is the real barrier

How to turn flat pages into file folders or task boxes, what to buy, roughly what it costs, and what to do if you do not want to laminate. Cut and assembly marks are on every piece.

What is deliberately not in this file

No token boards, no point systems, no prize grids. The work ends because it is finished, not because a chart says so.

Seventy pages

Prints in black and white, holds up at low ink, reprint anything as often as you need.

Who this is for: parents and caregivers who want their autistic or ADHD child to have something to do that is genuinely theirs to complete. Also useful for homeschool, and for the long weeks when school is out.

What this is, and what it is not. Printable activity materials. Not therapy, not a curriculum, not an assessment, and not a substitute for individualized professional support. We promise no outcomes.

Instant download. One payment, no subscription. All sales are final on instant digital downloads. If a file arrives corrupted or is not as described, contact us within seven days and we will fix or replace it. Personal and single household use. Schools and clinics, contact us for a license.
