The Day in Steps ("we," "our") is a Pilon Qubit Ventures company based in San Antonio, Texas. We sell instant-download digital products (printable PDFs) for families. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it. Contact us anytime at hello@thedayinsteps.com.

What we collect

Order information: your name, email address, and payment details when you buy. Payment details are processed securely by our payment provider; we never see or store your full card number.
Email delivery: your email address is how your download links reach you after checkout. If you join our email list, we use it to send new products, sales, and updates — you can unsubscribe anytime with one click.
Support messages: anything you send us when you contact us, so we can help you.
Basic site analytics: anonymized information about how visitors use the shop (pages viewed, device type), used to improve the store.

How we use it

To fulfill your order and deliver your downloads. To send transactional emails (order confirmations, download links). To send marketing emails only if you've opted in. To respond to support requests. To improve the shop. We do not sell your personal information, and we never will.

Children's privacy

Our products are tools for families, but our shop is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Data retention

We keep order records as required for tax and accounting purposes. Marketing email data is kept until you unsubscribe. You may request a copy or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing hello@thedayinsteps.com.

Cookies

We use a small number of cookies to keep the shop working (cart, checkout, remembering preferences) and to understand aggregate traffic. No advertising trackers.
