How do I receive my files?
Immediately after checkout. A download link is emailed to you and shown on the order confirmation page. Use an email address you can access — that's how your files arrive. If the email doesn't appear, check your spam folder first, then write to hello@thedayinsteps.com.
What format are the files?
PDFs, in US Letter and A4 sizes. They print in color or black and white, and work on tablets with any PDF annotation app.
How many times can I print?
As many times as your household needs. One payment, yours forever, no subscription.
Can I share these with my child's teacher or therapist?
Yes — you may share completed pages with your child's school and care team. Resale, redistribution, or uploading the files anywhere public isn't allowed. Schools, clinics, and educators who want to use our tools with multiple families need a separate license — contact us and we'll set it up.
Are these therapy or medical advice?
No. Our products are educational tools, not therapy, medical, or educational advice, and they make no claims about treating autism or ADHD. They're designed to be used alongside your child's therapy and education team.
What is your refund policy?
All sales are final on instant digital downloads. If your file arrives corrupted or is materially not as described, contact us within 7 days and we'll fix it, replace it, or refund you.
Do you offer products in Spanish?
Not yet — our current tools are in English. Bilingual English/Spanish versions are on our roadmap, and email subscribers will hear about them first.
Do you offer discounts?
