Terms of Sale
Please read these terms before you buy. By completing a purchase from this store, you accept them.
1. What we sell
Pilon Qubit Ventures sells digital products: printable PDF files and digital planners. Nothing physical is shipped. Every product is delivered as a download immediately after payment, by email and on the order confirmation page. Page counts, formats, and contents are described on each product page.
2. What this is, and what it is not
Our products are organization, planning, and preparation tools for households, and in some cases materials families choose to share with a school team. They are not therapy, medical advice, psychological advice, educational assessment, or a behavior program, and they are not a substitute for individualized professional support.
We make no claim that any product treats, cures, manages, prevents, or improves any condition, including autism and ADHD. We do not promise any developmental, behavioral, academic, or financial outcome. Every child, adult, and household is different, and what works for one may not work for another. You know your family; use your own judgment, and consult a qualified professional for clinical questions.
Business products sold through this store, where offered, provide operational guidance only. They are not legal, tax, employment, accounting, or financial advice. Wage, scheduling, and employment rules vary by jurisdiction, and you are responsible for confirming compliance with a qualified professional before changing any practice.
3. Your license
When you buy a product, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it for your own personal or household use. For business products, the license covers the internal operations of a business you own or operate.
You may: download the files, print as many copies as your own household needs, write on them, laminate them, add your own photographs, and share completed pages (for example an About My Child page) with your child's school or care team.
You may not: resell, sublicense, rent, or redistribute the files; upload them anywhere others can download them, including public or private groups, drives, and file-sharing services; include them in another product; use them to provide a paid service to third parties; or claim authorship. One purchase covers one household.
Educators, clinics, schools, and organizations wanting to use a product across multiple families or classrooms need a separate license. Contact us and we will sort it out; we are reasonable about this.
4. Intellectual property
All artwork, layouts, text, and files remain the property of Pilon Qubit Ventures. Buying a product does not transfer ownership of it.
5. Refunds
All sales are final on instant digital downloads, because the file is yours the moment it downloads and cannot be returned.
The one exception: if a file arrives corrupted, will not open, or is materially not as described on the product page, email us within seven days of purchase and we will send a working file or refund the purchase price. We do not offer refunds based on results, because results depend on your own circumstances and execution.
If something has genuinely gone wrong with your order, contact us before opening a dispute. We would rather fix it directly.
6. Customers in the European Union, EEA, and United Kingdom
Consumers normally have a fourteen day right to withdraw from a distance purchase. For digital content delivered immediately, that right is lost once delivery begins, provided you have given prior express consent and acknowledged the loss of the right.
By purchasing and downloading a digital product from this store, you expressly request immediate delivery of the digital content and acknowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal once the download begins. If you would prefer to keep your withdrawal right, do not download the file, and contact us instead.
7. Your order details
You are responsible for giving a working email address at checkout, because that is how your download arrives. If your download does not appear, check your spam folder first, then contact us and we will resend it.
8. Prices and availability
Prices are shown in United States dollars and may change at any time. Changes do not affect orders already placed. We may add, revise, or retire products at any time. If we materially improve a product you have already bought, we will normally give you access to the updated file at no additional cost, though we do not guarantee lifetime updates.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from your purchase or use of any product is limited to the amount you paid for that product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any decision you make in reliance on a product.
Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including your statutory consumer rights.
10. Arbitration and class action waiver
Any dispute arising from your purchase or use of a product will be resolved by binding individual arbitration, not in court, and not as part of any class or representative action. You and Pilon Qubit Ventures each waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action, except where that waiver is prohibited by applicable law. This section does not apply where your local consumer protection law gives you a right that cannot be waived by agreement.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law rules, except where your home jurisdiction's consumer protection law cannot be waived by agreement.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version in effect at the time of your purchase is the version that applies to that purchase.
